This 2013 print looks very creative and colorful. The unique picture gives more character to the t-shirt. The wordings blend in well with the print and the color combination matches perfectly with the body of the t-shirt as well. It is one of the coolest t-shirt design ideas I have seen lately and it will be a great t-shirt on the coming year to show off. A step away from the traditional prints of course!
I don't think it is considered colorful since there are only 3 colors involved here. The only thing is that the other colors combine well with the yellow making it stronger in our eyes. When you say this one is cool, and I do agree with that.
